๐ง Fun fact
The ground-level public area at 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza, now known as 28 Liberty Street, showcases an exquisite blend of works by various modern artists.
The building, designed by Gordon Bunshaft, is enhanced by Isamu Noguchi's famous "sunken garden" below. At the plaza, Jean Dubuffet's "Four Trees," made from aluminum and coated in fiberglass with whimsical squiggles and loops, provides a delightful contrast to Bunshaft's modern skyscraper.
